We’re sure you despise going to the dentist’s office. This is how it feels for pets who need to go to the vet! It’s made worse by the fact that most creatures have no awareness they’re headed there until it’s too late. We are just delighted that humans have documented this occasion for everyone else to enjoy, even if they do not enjoy it! We have little doubt that any pet owner will recognize these expressions. How does your pet respond when you have to take them to the vet?
Never Leave Me Alone
This is one dog who has no sense of shame. It doesn’t matter if she’s a big girl or not; she wants affection from her owner to calm down. Despite her frightening size, she is nothing more than a huge baby at the vet. We doubt she’s the only dog in that situation around there! The majority of them are too terrified to do anything else at that time.

Never Leave Me Alone
Blending Into The Environment
According to the photo, this cat was already inside the office when it was taken. With nowhere else to go, her only option is to find the ideal hiding site. We must admit that her attempt has impressed us. Her fur matched the wall and the cotton balls wonderfully. However, it was only a matter of time before her owner and veterinarian discovered where she had gone. That’s too awful, cat.

Blending Into The Environment
I Am Disappointed In You
Will you look at that expression? This is when this dog discovered they were in the vet’s office. The photograph accurately captured his disappointment. His owner lured the dog there with toys and treats, it turned out. He realized the reality when he saw the flooring and scared pets.

I Am Disappointed In You
Not Going Anywhere
The dog’s owner had to physically carry him all the way to the clinic, but he didn’t seem to want to release go anytime soon. He was plainly concerned about his well-being, and his only source of solace was clutching his owner. We feel sorry for this cute hound! Based solely on this photograph, you can see how stressed he is.

Not Going Anywhere
I Can’t Believe You
This dog was undoubtedly aware that they had already passed the dog park. It was then that he knew they were going somewhere else. The photograph demonstrates that dogs may express their feelings through facial expressions. His face betrayed the shock and horror he was experiencing! We’re curious how long he stared at his owner like this. You can stare all you want, but we’re heading to the vet.

I Can’t Believe You
There Is No Other Option
There was no escape for this animal. It’s game over, kitten. Her owner had taken her to the vet, so she had little possibility of escaping. She, on the other hand, is not about to give up so lightly. She was clearly the type of cat who would fight until the very last second. Everyone else realized her attempts were futile, but there is something heroic about her refusal to give up.

There Is No Other Option
This Cat Was Not Happy
This fellow, like the cat that came before him, wanted to hide as much as he could. He couldn’t open a drawer, so he put his head under the first thing he came across. Even without seeing his face, you can tell he was in a state of despair. He had already concluded that his fate was sealed at that time. The only thing to do was get it over with so they could go home.

This Cat Was Not Happy
Not Going Willingly
Going to the vet appears to have been more difficult for the owner than for the dog. After all, carrying such a large dog on your shoulder can’t be simple. He had to choose between dragging his cat around the floor on the leash or doing this. Given how large this dog was, we are impressed by this person’s strength.

Not Going Willingly
Not Yet Safe
From what we’ve seen, cats have mastered the art of hiding at the clinic. This one chose to hide in the sink, but he is by no means the first to do so. Look how he’s peering out to see if there’s any danger approaching! It was fortunate that his owner captured this at just the perfect moment.

Not Yet Safe
Here We Go Again
This dog was at a loss for words after learning where they were going. He appears to be doing his best to accept his fate. He didn’t have much of a choice, given how close they were. Have you ever seen a more worried dog in your life? We have our doubts. Hopefully, everything went as well as he had planned.

Here We Go Again
You Betrayed Me
We seriously doubt that she was thinking positive thoughts when this picture was taken. Her expression reflected her feelings of betrayal. If she could talk, she’d probably say, “Are you kidding me?” You do not want to irritate her. That expression alone tells us she has a bad attitude.

You Betrayed Me
Not A Good Day
Is it really necessary to tell you that he was having a bad day? We don’t recall ever seeing a dog look so disgusted. He was aware that he had no control over what was happening, but he was not going to put on a pleased front. We hope the owner realized they needed to leave this dog alone for the time being…

Not A Good Day
No More Trust
This dog has obviously mastered the art of the side-eye. There is no suspense or dread in their eyes, only failure. This much is clear: he felt deceived. He assumed they were just out for a walk the entire time. If this hound could talk, he would have said, “Not cool, man, not cool.”

No More Trust
Double The Trouble
More cats are attempting to avoid death while at the vet. The two felines were not having a good time. First and foremost, they were transported to the office in cat carriers. On top of that, they had to stay there with no idea where they were going. They were in the vet’s office the next thing they knew.

Double The Trouble
The Kitchen Sink Has Yet Another Cat
By sheer force of will, this fuzzy companion was attempting to conceal. “They can’t see me,” she was thinking. Unfortunately, you can’t make your dreams come true. Even though she did a good job of blending in, her strategy did not last long. The jig had been set, and it was time for the vet to get to work. Sorry about that, kitten.

The Kitchen Sink Has Yet Another Cat
He Really Doesn’t Wanna Go
Let us commend the mother for her support. By protecting him, she was assisting her puppy. Unfortunately, it appears that the dog forgot he was no longer a puppy. If you wish to hide better, your mother could have worn a larger sweater! He had no choice but to go to the vet, even if he didn’t want to.

He Really Doesn’t Wanna Go
Sanctuary In The Sink
We’re not sure why, but it appears that cats seek sanctuary in the sink. We must admit that it is impressive to witness how these animals refuse to give up on hiding at the veterinarian. Unfortunately, this cat did not conceal herself well. She eventually gave herself away thanks to those adorable cat ears of hers.

Sanctuary In The Sink
That Time Of The Year
This dog has just learned that it is time to return to the vet for another appointment. He couldn’t help but feel sorry for himself after discovering this. He continued to do so until it was time to get into the automobile. This has to be the most spectacular monster on the list thus far. It’s fantastic! We’re guessing he’s a theater kid.

That Time Of The Year
Please Take Me Home
His owner had promised him that they were going to the park, but it was all a lie. No, this dog was on his way to the vet for a procedure. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t break the metal bars of the cage. It’s awful, but we hope he finds solace in knowing he’s not alone.

Please Take Me Home
She Is Sorry
This dog appears to have been wondering if she was being punished. She was only curious if this had anything to do with destroying her owner’s shoes. If this is the case, she pledges she will never do it again. Unfortunately for this adorable little pup, that is not the case.

She Is Sorry
Let Us Just Cuddle
What a cute little puppy! Don’t let his appearance fool you; he’s a sharp cookie. He knew exactly what was going to happen. Those melancholy eyes, however, are too much for us. He was clearly terrified of what was about to happen. We have no idea how his owner dealt with his puppy dog eyes.

Let Us Just Cuddle
Abandoning All Pride
Cats are thought to be graceful animals by many people. As a result, we understand if you mistook this one for a raccoon. The cat decided to swallow her pride in order to evade the vet’s grasp. When an animal does this, you can know how much it dislikes the vet! Nobody wants to be around rubbish.

Abandoning All Pride
Before Her Eyes
When the dog realized what was going on, the owner took this photo. Her worry and anxiety are palpable in her gaze. She must have been rethinking her entire life, wondering what she had done to deserve this. We hope her owner tried to console her. Come on, puppy, it’s not that horrible.

Before Her Eyes
Complete Disapproval
This dog appears to be angry rather than terrified. He was most likely duped into going inside the car by the owner. That expression alone tells us what happened. You can give him all the dog bones you want, but he’s not going to forgive his human. It’s amusing to watch how enraged this cutie was!

Complete Disapproval
Don’t Come Any Closer
Take a peek at this shot if you’re not sure that cats adore the sink. Another feline seeks refuge behind the sink. He, however, is not like the others. Take a look at his vibrant green eyes and ears. It is obvious that this is one serious cat. We hope the vet handled the problem with care!

Don’t Come Any Closer
Stay Away
We know she’s petite, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. She, on the other hand, is not afraid to fight! You never know what to expect from a cat, so don’t be deceived by her size. She’s been to the vet enough times to know it’s not going to be a pleasant experience. That is why she is being cautious.

Stay Away
Putting On Puppy Eyes
He may be an adult German Shepard, but if it means avoiding the vet, he will resort to puppy eyes. This strategy usually works, however he was already on the metal table in this photo. He presumably expected his owner to assist him, but instead they photographed him! We hope he gets a treat as a result of this.

Putting On Puppy Eyes
A Dead Giveaway
It would be an understatement to say she is on alert. She must believe she can conceal by going to the sink. Her perky ears, on the other hand, gave her location away. We felt sorry for her, but there was nothing more for us to do here. After all, she was already at the veterinarian when this picture was shot. Sorry.

A Dead Giveaway
First Time At The Vet
Will you look at how distressed this dog appeared? Maybe he’d never been to the vet before and didn’t know what to anticipate. According to the photo, the worst is over, at least for the time being. However, he must have felt strange after the vets poked and prodded him everywhere.

First Time At The Vet
Making Demands
This dog was willing to bargain. If you give him 500 treats, he will accompany you to the vet. As you can see, he is a tough negotiator. He understands what it’s like to go to the vet, so he wants something in return. This is a significant cost. It’s unclear whether the owner ultimately decided to cave.

Making Demands
Not What They Signed Up For
We’re imagining what that morning was like for these two pets. They most likely awoke anticipating to have a good time. Their excitement grew as their mother offered to take them to the park! The couple voluntarily got into the automobile. It turned out, though, that they were headed to the vet instead. Yikes.

Not What They Signed Up For
Young But Fierce
The kitten in the photo was only a few weeks old, but she wasn’t about to let anyone stand in her way. Only if she could find out how to get away from the vet. It is difficult to advocate for oneself when you are so young. When she needs to hide in the future, she might try the sink.

Young But Fierce
You Can’t See Me
We believe that cats are not given enough credit for their bravery. If you need an example, go no farther than this cat. She has previously been to the vet several times throughout the years. She knew that hiding was the most crucial thing to do at the vet. Even though she chose a clever hiding position, we had to inform her that she was very visible there. Cat, better luck next time!

You Can’t See Me
I’ll Do Anything To Go Home
This cat is well aware that he has to reduce weight. After all, his owner never stopped telling him this. In the past, he did not give it much attention and continued to eat as much as he pleased. When this happened at the vet’s office, he knew he really needed to lose weight.

I’ll Do Anything To Go Home
I Don’t Deserve This
This corgi has clearly never felt more deceived in his life. To begin with, his owner made him wear this green scarf. What made matters worse was that he also needed to visit the veterinarian. Why do you despise me, Mom? We have to mention that seeing a dog perform in this manner is admirable. He knew what he deserved!

I Don’t Deserve This
Trying To Hide
What a depressing image. This dog may be the most depressed on the list. We can’t stand her puppy eyes and tiny paws. It’s terrible to look at this snapshot because we can sense her misery. She was terrified when they arrived to the vet and sought to hide beneath the chair. We pray she was not harmed.

Trying To Hide
Hold My Hand
The photo’s dog handled the circumstance better than the other dogs in the gallery. This hound realized that resisting was pointless. Instead of struggling his way out of it, he simply asked for some consolation from his human. If you ask us, he handled the matter maturely! When you go to the dentist, follow in his footsteps.

Hold My Hand
She Could Not Believe It
This cat was more surprised than anything else. We have no idea what happened afterwards. Perhaps she was enraged, or perhaps she was terrified. It’s difficult to say what happened afterwards. We do know that she had no idea they were taking her to the vet later that day. They were already there when she awoke!

She Could Not Believe It
You Lied To Me
Despite his diminutive stature, this French Bulldog makes up for it with his attitude. Who can fault him? We’d respond similarly if we were told we were going to the park only to be escorted to the vet! This dog figured out what was going on before they arrived. Will he make it out in time?

You Lied To Me
Looking For A Hiding Spot
We’ve previously seen a number of cats hide from the vet in strange places. This one may be a dog, but his size made it difficult for him to hide. He clearly appears to be terrified. Take a look at how he tucks his tail between his legs! Even though he is terrified, we hope he understands that things are not as horrible as they appear.

Looking For A Hiding Spot
It’s Not Working
This dog didn’t realize that his brown and green camouflage didn’t work at the vet’s office. When he found out where they were going, he tried to hide under the cover. Unfortunately, the camo did not match the hardwood floors or the plaid bed. We hope he realizes this sooner rather than later.

It’s Not Working
Pure Disgust
We are certain that his owners lied to him. That surely explains his expression! When he realized they were going to the vet, he couldn’t help but make this expression. As you can tell, he wasn’t having a good time. At the very least, his owners were gracious enough to allow him to sit in the front seat.

Pure Disgust
Nothing To See
To be honest, this isn’t the worst hiding place we’ve seen thus far. In the waiting room, the small dog opted to hide under the table. It was fortunate that there were numerous items that could distract individuals. We bet you wouldn’t have spotted the dog if we hadn’t pointed it out to you!

Nothing To See
Nothing But Terror
It’s a little heartbreaking to see that look of dread in his eyes. This cat was terrified to the point where his eyes were the size of marbles. He appeared to have recently escaped from an asylum. What’s more, the nurse who was holding him was clearly making fun of the look he was making! The poor kitty.

Nothing But Terror
Saying Goodbye
What a lovely photograph. The automobile has separated the two dogs. They must have sensed what was in store for them in the future. The person in the car appeared resigned to the fact that she was going to the vet. Her friend was grasping the window, worried about what was going to happen. Isn’t that adorable?

Saying Goodbye
A Different Hiding Spot
If it means hiding from the vet, animals will do anything. Cats, on the other hand, appear to fare better than dogs. This photo is all the evidence we need to believe it. “The desk is brownish, and I’m brownish… maybe they won’t notice me down here,” he was undoubtedly thinking. Unfortunately, his strategy did not work.

A Different Hiding Spot
Cat Going Psycho
You don’t have to be a genius to recognize that this is one scary cat. When she took this photo, she had her sights set on the woman behind the wheel. It began innocently enough, but the cat quickly realized where they were going. Let’s just say she went from normal to insane in the blink of an eye.

Cat Going Psycho
As Low As Possible
This dog had no reservations about getting as low as she could. She was willing to do everything it took to escape the vet! She slid down, pleading, “Please don’t take me to the vet… If you just don’t take me in, I vow to do anything you ask.” She was adorable, but her puppy eyes didn’t work.

As Low As Possible
Too Late Now
This dog had no reservations about getting as low as she could. She was willing to do everything it took to escape the vet! She slid down, pleading, “Please don’t take me to the vet… If you just don’t take me in, I vow to do anything you ask.” She was adorable, but her puppy eyes didn’t work.

Too Late Now
He Needs Prozac
This dog appeared to be in a state of sadness after learning that they were on their way to the clinic. His expression shows that he was not having a good time. We hope his owners were able to obtain an antidepressant prescription. After all, he appears to be in need of a Prozac or two!

He Needs Prozac
Please Don’t Hurt Me
OMG, this little dog is killing us! Given its age, this could be its first visit to the veterinarian. Even this first light visit, however, does not appear to be enticing to the pup, as it appears completely unhappy and dejected merely to be up on that cold metal table at the doctor’s office.

Please Don’t Hurt Me
You Can’t Make Me Go
Take a look at this dog; it has a fantastic idea. He will not walk to the veterinarian because he dislikes going there. When she told him where they were heading, he just sat down in the middle of the road and began growling at his owner. Furthermore, he appears to be a large dog, making long-distance transportation difficult. Out of all the depressed animals on our list, this one has the best chance of avoiding a trip to the clinic.

Please Don’t Hurt Me

You Can’t Make Me Go
Hope Crushing
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be a dog whose aspirations have been forever destroyed, take a look at this image. On the left is a lovely, happy puppy with a bright future. She realized she needed to go to the veterinarian in between taking that image and the one on the right. A dog is now on the right, and she will never be happy again (at least not until she leaves the vet’s office and forgets about the whole thing until her next appointment).

Hope Crushing
Who Is The Most Upset?
It’s always wonderful to see a strong bond between an animal and a human. A golden retriever and a young girl, most likely the dog’s human companion, are depicted here sharing a sweet hug. They look to be clutching one other for dear life. We can only hope that the dog and the girl are simply worried about a routine appointment and are not bidding their final goodbyes. They may have only needed a tiny bit of confidence because even normal veterinary visits can be stressful for everyone.

Who Is The Most Upset
Cornered
Some of the animals on this list don’t seem to understand what “hiding” entails. Consider the picture’s beautiful cat. She appears to believe that because she is situated in the back corner of the veterinarian’s table, she is invisible to everyone. Though she had a shot—possibly her first—and still has a cotton ball on her paw as proof, you can’t blame her for her anxious expression. Kitty appears to be in complete shock over what has just occurred to her, and she appears to want to get away from the perpetrator as soon as possible.

Cornered
Not Good At Hiding
This dog looks to feel he has successfully hidden himself behind the chair in the clinic’s waiting area. He’s probably thinking to himself, “No one will ever see me here.” However, he appears to be unaware that his entire rear end is exposed for all to see, including veterinary personnel. He is yet another example of a dog who will not try to avoid a thorough checkup today. It might be a good idea to educate pets improved hiding methods through an online course. I’m sure it’d be a tremendous hit.

Not Good At Hiding
No Way Jose
After being notified that she was heading to the clinic, this dog couldn’t even keep her mouth shut. Take a look at her expression! It’s full incredulity, with gaping lips and a slack jaw. Given her expression, you might as well have told her that a cat is now President of the United States. She seemed to be completely ignorant of her situation. We wonder if she is aware that her meeting with the veterinarian will most likely last only 30 minutes and that she will be rewarded at the end.

No Way Jose
Car Shock
Dogs who comprehend they are being driven to the vet’s office appear surprised and afraid by the sight. Here’s one more for you. This dog appears to be at the end of his leash since he has an urgent vet visit that will prevent him from feeling joy again. Have you ever seen anything so pitiful? He’s staring at the floor because he can’t bring himself to look out the window. This sad dog urgently requires a huge cuddle; please hurry!

Car Shock
Road Rage
Probably not what you think of when you hear the term “road rage” But that is exactly what is happening in this photograph. Have you ever seen a dog with such a rage on his face? We’re curious what kind of ruse was used to persuade this man to get in the car, and how long it took him to realize they were headed to the veterinarian rather than wherever he had been promised. I’d probably feel uneasy around this dog for a few days after watching this stare.

Road Rage
Now We’ve Seen Everything
The refuge discovered by this dog may be the most odd in the gallery! He’s hidden beneath a giant plush giraffe. If his human friends are completely blind and misidentify the giraffe as the patient, hiding under a plush animal may be effective. Can you imagine how the veterinarian would react if a patient brought a stuffed animal to a scheduled appointment? I might pay to attend that event. Unfortunately for the dog, his strategy to conceal did not likely work as smoothly as intended. I’m sure he went to the vet in the end.

Now We’ve Seen Everything
